Review by hotel critic
Nestled along a stunning seafront, Apollo Blue offers a delightful culinary journey worth experiencing. My recent stay at this hotel was marked by its restaurant's ambiance, which truly embraced a vibe of carefreeness and enjoyment. I particularly appreciated how the breakfast and dinner offered a buffet featuring dishes inspired by the Mediterranean diet alongside traditional Greek and Rhodian cuisine. I vividly recall savoring the exquisite flavors of dishes created with the finest ingredients, sourced from local markets and even the hotel's own herb garden. The chefs seem to have mastered the art of maintaining the essence of classic recipes while infusing them with a modern twist. The cooking showcased the bountiful Greek soil, culminating in meals that resonated with wholesome flavors. While breakfast was enjoyable, it didn’t stand out as remarkable; I preferred the dinner experience, where each plate told a unique story of tradition and local influence. I look forward to returning to explore more of its culinary offerings.
